About

A Kubernetes Platform Engineering company, not a generalist agency.

Turf Dev designs, secures, modernizes, and operates production-grade Kubernetes platforms for technology organizations with real infrastructure complexity — fintech, regulated industries, AI and compute-heavy teams, and enterprise modernization programs. DevSecOps practices and distributed-systems depth support that work; they aren't the identity.

Engagement Model

We embed as an infrastructure and platform engineering partner—working alongside internal teams to deliver production-ready systems, improve deployment reliability, and establish operational discipline across environments.

What We Do

From architecture to operations, built for real-world systems.

Our work spans system design, Kubernetes platform engineering, DevSecOps implementation, and ongoing infrastructure operations. We focus on eliminating fragility, improving observability, and enabling predictable scaling.

Kubernetes platform design, multi-cluster architecture, and workload standardization.

DevSecOps pipelines, policy enforcement, and secure software delivery workflows.

Production operations, observability systems, and incident response readiness.

Leadership

Led by an engineer, not a sales layer.

Senior-led execution means the person scoping your architecture review is the same person accountable for delivery — no handoff to a junior bench, no gap between what's sold and what's built.

Aditya began his career as a paleoclimatologist, earning two research fellowships for his contributions to the study of Earth's ancient climate — work that demanded rigor, evidence, and long-horizon thinking. That same discipline now shapes how he approaches infrastructure: as a system that has to hold up under real-world pressure, not just pass a demo.

He is a Kubestronaut, holding the CNCF's full Kubernetes certification track, and has built production systems in Java, Go, and Rust. He has also built two AI tooling projects and writes about infrastructure and systems design.

Principles

Deliberate engineering, not reactive fixes.

We approach infrastructure as a system that must remain stable under scale, failure, and change.

Design infrastructure as a long-term asset, not a short-term workaround.

Prioritize reliability, security, and operational clarity over unnecessary complexity.

Build systems that engineering teams can operate confidently under real-world pressure.
